PhoneForge is a local-first USB device dashboard for Android and iPhone. You download the app on the computer where your phone plugs in, sign in with your cloud account, and manage devices from your browser at localhost:8742.

This website (https://phoneforge.net) handles accounts, billing, and downloads. Photos, messages, files, and WiFi passwords never upload to our servers — they are read live over USB on your machine.

A home for useful software

The PhoneForge name reflects our roots in USB phone management, but our direction is broader. We're developing this site into a curated hub for practical, privacy-respecting software — starting with PhoneForge and System Toolkit, with more tools to follow. Every product shares the same principle: run locally, keep user data on the user's machine, and ship software people actually want to use.
